Nice to meet you
HI THERE, my name is Saskia and I am the founder of the company. My initial interest in management started early in my career. I left university with two Master degrees in Science but that did not help me much with managing a team. Management skills are not taught in university, you have to learn them the hard way and practise.
LATER in life I supported my practical managerial knowledge with management theories, as a Master of Business Administration focussing on Strategy, Marketing, Leadership and Finance. Recently I finalised the certification as Supervisory Board Member, from the University of Maastricht. Today I can proudly say that I am a senior management professional, combining management philosophies with excellent people skills and a vast array of expert management tools to help solve management problems.
OUR MISSION is to improve Strategic Thinking and Strategic Management to deal with tomorrow and the future with focus on EXCELLENT BUSINESS GROWTH and preparing THE NEXT GENERATION LEADERS.
